Payment is done through PayPal Invoice or through Ko-fi unless otherwise discussed.

I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

To purchase art from me you Must be over 18 years old with a paypal or other payment app account that belongs to You.

When I accept to do your commission I will send an invoice for payment as soon as I am ready to Start the art piece. Not before I am ready and not always as soon as I accept it as others may be in the queue ahead of you. I will send you a message once the invoice has been sent and I must receive payment before starting your commission.

I will not refund for completed work. If you need to discuss refund during a commission please reach out through messages or email.

Sketches will be submitted for approval. Changes to pose and features must be made at this time. I will not edit the initial drawing (this doesn't include color and markings and such) after the sketch is approved. Unless it is a small change or for a reference sheet.

Completion time varies on commission type. Please be patient with me and feel free to reach out for any questions or updates.

My art is not to be posted to other galleries except by the commissioner and/or character’s owner. When posting the work, you must credit me and link back to my page in some form or fashion.

My art may Never be used for AI or Artificial intelligence.

You may not alter, or pay someone to alter, my work without permission.

My art may not be used commercially (i.e. no mass production of shirts and other materials) in a way that makes you money unless I specifically design it that way (i.e. album covers and logos). Art that you commission may be used for personal tattoos, badges, and other items.

In requesting a commission you are accepting the Terms of Service.
